ViralRebirth provides a free preview of all generated clips with a watermark before any payment is required. We strongly encourage you to review the preview clips carefully before purchasing clean, watermark-free downloads. This preview system is designed to ensure you are satisfied with the results before spending any money.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure: If the Service fails to deliver your purchased clips due to a technical error on our end
- Corrupted downloads: If the delivered clip files are corrupted or unplayable and we are unable to resolve the issue
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same order
- Service not rendered: If payment was processed but no clips were delivered within 24 hours
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with clip selection or quality after previewing and purchasing
- Change of mind after purchasing clean downloads
- Issues caused by the source video quality (low resolution, poor audio, etc.)
